The Antelope Valley

Located only 60 miles away from the hustle of Downtown Los Angeles, the Antelope Valley is an up and coming area with tons of growth potential.

With a current population of around 500,000, the Antelope Valley is projected to grow to approximately 750,000 by 2030. In order to support this large population growth in the next few years, rapid expansion in the infrastructure can be expected since almost half of undeveloped land in Los Angeles county is located in the Antelope Valley.

Many big businesses are relocating their warehouses and headquarters to the area. This list includes:

        Home Depot Warehouses

Petsmart Headquarters

CVS Headquarters

WalMart Superstores

SuperTarget Stores

The City Council in the Antelope Valley works hard to maintain the integrity of the businesses entering the area; not just opening the door to everyone but ensuring a nice even growth of various commercial and industrial projects. The variety of industries coming to the area is allowing the Antelope Valley to become economically independent.

Finally, Measure M, passed in 2016, will enhance our public transit program by investing in bus and rail systems serving the Antelope Valley. The plan will also provide highway improvements such as new carpool lanes and projects that are easing freeway bottlenecks for both auto and truck traffic. The upcoming investment in infrastructure is sure to have a positive economic impact on the entire Antelope Valley.
